Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. The further procedure will be explained to you as soon as possible by our operator.<\/p>\n<p>You can return or exchange the product within 7 days from the day of placing the order. The product must be undamaged and unused, packed in its original packaging, and accompanied by all the original documents that you received together with the product (fiscal bill\/invoice\/delivery note).<span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">). The funds will be transferred to the same bank account that you used when paying for the product, with the costs of bank commissions, packaging and distribution deducted.<\/p>\n<p>After receiving the product, we check whether the product is damaged or used, and then we send you a suitable replacement.
