After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation (invoice) and the order will enter the processing phase. After processing the order, you will receive a notification about the status of the order to your e-mail address.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>All orders placed through the AloeOrganic online platform are processed during business hours, Monday through Friday. Once the order has been processed and confirmed, it will be sent to the courier service for delivery. It takes 1-3 working days for the shipment to arrive. You will be contacted by phone at the number you provided when creating the order if the distributor company cannot find you at the address you provided. New delivery date and address can be arranged at that point. If the courier is unable to locate you on the second attempt, the parcel will be returned to AloeOrganic. For this reason, it is very important that you leave correct data and a valid phone number when ordering. They are only used during shipment delivery.&nbsp;After the shipment has been returned, you will be contacted about the reason for the non-pickup of the order, with the possibility of renegotiating the delivery.<\/p>\n<p>In order to facilitate the product delivery procedure, please arrange for a person who will be present to receive\/pick up the shipment at the address you specified during the online order.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A buyer is required to check the number of delivered products and any damage that may have occurred during transport when taking over the products (quantitative and qualitative reception). The products are replaced under the conditions stipulated in the Consumer Protection Law.
