PRODUCT DELIVERY POLICY

This Policy applies to the delivery of products ordered electronically. After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation (invoice) and the order will enter the processing phase. After processing the order, you will receive a notification about the status of the order to your e-mail address. 

All orders placed through the AloeOrganic online platform are processed during business hours, Monday through Friday. Once the order has been processed and confirmed, it will be sent to the courier service for delivery. It takes 1-3 working days for the shipment to arrive. All orders placed on Friday after 4 pm or during the weekend will be processed on the first following business day.

Delivery deadline

Delivery is carried out nationwide from Monday to Saturday through our specialized delivery partners to the address specified in the order. Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays as our delivery partners are closed.

In Skopje and its surroundings:

  • next working day – for all orders made the previous working day until 2:00 p.m.
 

In the territory outside Skopje:

  • 1-3 working days

Collection of consignments

The delivery of the ordered products is made to the address specified in the order itself. You will be contacted by phone at the number you provided when creating the order if the distributor company cannot find you at the address you provided. New delivery date and address can be arranged at that point. If the courier is unable to locate you on the second attempt, the parcel will be returned to AloeOrganic. For this reason, it is very important that you leave correct data and a valid phone number when ordering. They are only used during shipment delivery. After the shipment has been returned, you will be contacted about the reason for the non-pickup of the order, with the possibility of renegotiating the delivery.

In order to facilitate the product delivery procedure, please arrange for a person who will be present to receive/pick up the shipment at the address you specified during the online order. 

A buyer is required to check the number of delivered products and any damage that may have occurred during transport when taking over the products (quantitative and qualitative reception). The products are replaced under the conditions stipulated in the Consumer Protection Law. In the event that there is a deviation between what was ordered and what was delivered, the buyer should contact the seller immediately by contacting(+389) 70 211 443or by emailing   contact@aloeorganic.mk

The courier will provide you with receipt documents for signing if everything regarding the shipment is in order. 

Please specify PERSONAL PICK-UP in the notes section if you wish to pick up your order by yourself.

Pricing Policy and Terms

The prices of all products on our website www.aloeorganic.mk  include 18% VAT. ALOE ORGANIC reserves the right to change prices, in accordance with company policy, without notice to users. Price correction will not be made if the order is accepted. The buyer undertakes to pay the price that is offered at the time of execution of the order, regardless of the fact that the price may be changed in the meantime.

By accessing www.aloeorganic.mk  and ordering the products, you agree that you accept the conditions specified in our Policies for using the e-commerce system.
