On the online store www.aloeorganic.mk you can easily search for the products you need and want to buy. When you find the product/s you want to buy, you need to select the quantity and then add the product/s to your cart with one click. You can add as many products as you want to buy to your basket. Once you have filled your basket with all the products you have selected, you can proceed to the checkout process and enter the delivery info. Once payment is received, the product/s are prepared for delivery and will be delivered to your door. We also offer the option of paying for delivery.

In order to be able to shop at www.aloeorganic.mk, it is not necessary to have created a user profile. It is enough just to enter your e-mail. The process of creating an account is free and will make ordering easier for you in the future.

If you have forgotten your password, you need to follow the instructions provided by our system in order to successfully obtain a new password. If you have a problem, please contact us to help you.

Aside from online ordering, you can also place an order by phone. Of course, if you have a problem with your order, our customer care team will do everything they can to make your purchase easier. Call our contact number or write to our contact e-mail address.

Every transaction on www.aloeorganic.mk with a payment card takes place through the security system of NLB Banka. The data you enter when paying from your payment card is not saved or transmitted through our servers. Transactions are processed through the payment processing system of NLB Banka. When you make the payment and enter the data, it is processed through the bank’s HTTPS security protocol using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and is not visible to us.

At the moment when you successfully complete the procedure for purchasing the product at your e-mail address, which you left during the purchase, an automatic confirmation will arrive from our system that the sale was successfully made. After the purchase, you will be redirected to a screen where it says that the transaction was successful. After the successful transaction, you will receive an SMS to your phone number from your bank if the bank offers this option.

When the product is delivered to you, we advise you to check it for damage. If for any reason the product you received is damaged, you can return it to us within a maximum of 7 days from its receipt, together with all the received documentation for it, but the product must be in an unused condition – as you received it, placed in the original packaging with all accompanying documents. The funds will be transferred to the same bank account that you used when paying for the product, with the costs of bank commissions, packaging and distribution deducted.

Delivery is carried out nationwide from Monday to Saturday through our specialized delivery partners to the address specified in the order. Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays as our delivery partners are closed.

On the territory of Skopje and its surroundings: next working day – for all orders that will be executed the previous working day by 2:00 p.m.

In the territory outside Skopje: from 1 to 3 working days.

Products will be delivered via our delivery partners to the address specified in the order under the following conditions:

For orders whose value is less than 2000 denars, the delivery price is 150 denars. Delivery for orders over 2000 denars is not charged.

The products are delivered to the customer’s door or to the entrance of the residential building.
